The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook

This particular book is the “bible” of anxiety disorders and how to cope with them. If you were to read this book and actually take all of the plentiful advice offered, you’d probably forget you ever had an anxiety disorder. At the very least, it is reassuring to open to the first chapter and look at the list of symptoms caused by anxiety. It can save you an unnecessary trip to the E.R., which makes it well worth the money.
